The Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) is a nation-wide nonprofit technical organization dedicated to the advancement of construction technology through communication, education, research, and service. Founded in 1948, CSI provides a forum for architects, engineers, specification writers, contractors, suppliers, and others in the industry.
Anyone who is concerned with constructions specifications in any manner is invited to apply for membership. A member can join any numbers of chapters. As a member of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter, you will meet other industry professionals to exchange information with. Our monthly meetings are always well attended with an equal mixture of Professional and Industry members. A current technical topic is usually the program for the evening. Our Product Trade Show is held each March and is regularly attended by several hundred people. The show has great support from the commercial products representatives in the area. Over 60 booths are available for review.
